A disco themed qbert would be good. Qbert could wear flared pants and an open shirt and there could be disco music and flashing squares.

Suggestion
I remember the arcade version of the game having an electro-mechanical device that would literally kick the bottom of the enclosure whenever coily or qbert fell off. I just thought it would bring a more true to life arcade style play if the phone vibrated to simulate this. Also an option to toggle this feature would be nice.

Good game! I just wish it was a tad bigger to see. Control are ok, but could be better. Maybe more maps, etc. All in all I like it! Thanks…

On the verge of multiplayer
Within weeks the multiplayer version of Q*bert for iPhone can be in your hands! We are almost complete with QA and should be submitting to Apple any day now.
We decided to pack this update with lots of goodies. All 5 of the planned special themes will be included, with all of their unique maps. Multiplayer will have more unique maps as well. Yeah, it’s jam packed with maps.
Multiplayer uses bluetooth, so recruit some Q*bert friends and get ready for some competitive, or cooperative, hopping. That’s right, multiplayer allows you to battle your opponent or join forces to take on those cubes as a team.
Fun stuff. I hope you like it as much as we do.

Didn’t you post some time ago that a new version is at Apple for approval? I hope a new version with vertical playfield, more themes, more levels and additional control options will be available soon! Please make Q*bert the perfect retrogame ever! :)

1. I’m so happy this game has come back!!
2. It’s good bit when you die, and it’s game over, please could you do it so you can start from that level, becuase it’s really annyoing when you have to start right from the beggining again :@

Portait mode needed!
Please make Q-Bert available in portait mode. It’s the way this game was meant to be played. Graphics much to small in the horizontal format.
